Right now I'm leaning towards Joe Biden for President. He and Barack Obama provided the ACA which allowed me to get life changing surgery.  Let's do Medicare for all, but give people an option to keep their private insurance or their ACA through the health markets. People have to have a choice or else nothing else will work. Get drug prices down and provide coverage and medication for transgender patients. It's a medical condition and it calls for medical care. Otherwise they will get it off the black market and that could be dangerous.
